Pear Crisp with Oatmeal Topping
4-6 pears, sliced
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Place fruit in buttered shallow baking dish. 
  • In small bowl, mix until crumbly all remaining ingredients. 
  • Spread over fruit. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender.
